SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • No shipping charges will be refunded.

  • The return procedure takes one to three weeks (from the date of receipt of the return), and the customer service department will notify the customer of the details after the procedure is completed.

  • OhOzDirect is not responsible for damages after delivery.

  • If the item or quantity does not match the order, please contact customer service immediately on the day of delivery.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Oh Oz Direct will be final. OhOzDirect reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Return policies:​

  • Unopened regular-priced items can only be returned and must be replaced within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  •  The item to be replaced must be accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Discounted, opened, used or damaged items cannot be replaced.

  • Items can only be exchanged once.

  • Refunds will not be accepted.
